The Sugar Patch Omnipod overlay patches are precut so that the patch fits securely around your pod, and will also work perfectly with the Omnipod GripShield™ from our friends at Deck My Diabetes. The centerpiece that is cut-out of the overlay will be included with your patch, and can be applied to the top of the sensor to complete the design on your patch. There is no reason to pay extra for a sticker to put on your pod ever again! We use specially formulated medical grade hypoallergenic tape in making all of our overlays and barrier patches. The Sugar Patch overlays will last longer when the following application process is followed. Before applying your pod, use an alcohol swab or non-oily soap and water to clean the skin where your pod will be located.
