Shipping Information

The Sugar Patch™ ships overlays and barrier patches to our friends around the world.  All of our patches are made in, and shipped from, the state of Texas in the USA.

  • We make all of your patches in our small shop, and it is our desire to have them in your hands within a week of placing your order to locations within the USA. During times of high demand (mainly Holidays, Summer & Back to School), manufacturing and shipping may take longer.  Please, consider this when placing your order. Delivery times DO NOT include production time.

 

    Shipping:

    Items are shipped directly from our location in Henderson, Texas, USA.

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays)*

    • We ship both domestically and internationally (see policies below)
    • Most items are shipped in a padded bubble envelope
    • Once an order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking link
    • Once you have received an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating
    • Please double-check that billing and shipping addresses are accurate before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery

    • Most orders are delivered directly to your mailbox. In some cases, USPS may hold your order at the post office if mailbox delivery is unavailable

     

    US Domestic Orders shipped to locations in the United Stated and US Territories

    📬US POSTAL SERVICE First Class Mail (NO TRACKING) – $2.50 USD

    Only available for overlay and barrier patch orders totaling less than $10.00 USD to be delivered within the United States and US territories.

    • Shipped via USPS First Class/letter mail without tracking. Orders shipped without tracking are not guaranteed by The Sugar Patch™ and will not be remade and reshipped without placing another order.  

    • Average of 3–10 days delivery from date mailed. We ask that you give the post office up to 14 business days to allow for potential delays.  We do not guarantee delivery dates.

    • You will receive an email when USPS has picked up your order from our shop.

    • Your order is mailed in a small blue greeting card sized envelope with a white label from The Sugar Patch™.

    If you would like door to door tracking, please choose one of our other shipping options.

     

    📬US POSTAL SERVICE Ground Advantage (WITH TRACKING) – $5.75 USD

      • Includes USPS Tracking number with delivery confirmation.

      • Average of 2-7 days delivery from date shipped. We ask that you give the post office up to 10 business days to allow for potential delays.  We do not guarantee delivery dates.

      • You will receive an email with the USPS tracking link when USPS has picked up your package from our shop.

      • Depending on order size, your patches are generally shipped in a light blue padded poly-mailer or mailer box from The Sugar Patch™.

    📬*** US POSTAL SERVICE Ground Advantage (WITH TRACKING) – FREE ***

      • FREE USPS Ground Advantage with tracking on orders to be delivered within the USA and US Territories that total $40 USD or more (after all discounts have been applied)

      • Includes USPS Tracking number with delivery confirmation.

      • Average of 2-7 days delivery from date shipped. We ask that you give the post office up to 10 business days to allow for potential delays.  We do not guarantee delivery dates.

      • You will receive an email with the USPS tracking link when USPS has picked up your package from our shop.

    🚚UPS (UNITED PARCEL SERVICE - BROWN TRUCK) 2ND DAY AIR  - $10.00 USD

    **ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE**

      • Includes UPS Tracking number with delivery confirmation.

      • Average of 2 business days delivery from date shipped. This does not include production time before shipping. UPS deliveries are Monday through Friday. 

      • You will receive an email with the UPS tracking link when UPS has picked up your package from our shop.

      • Depending on order size, your patches are generally shipped in a light blue padded poly-mailer or mailer box from The Sugar Patch™.

     

    International Shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia and other locations outside of the United States or US Territories

    International shipping (WITH TRACKING) – $14.95 USD

      • Depending on cost and shipping availability, most international orders are shipped via the United States Post Office to be delivered to you by your country's mail/postal service.  In some cases, packages will be shipped and delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS - brown truck).

      • Average delivery for international orders is 5-21 business days from the date shipped. We ask that you give the mail or shipping carrier 25 business days for arrival to allow for any potential delays.

     

    The Sugar Patch™ is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes or fees.  The Sugar Patch™ does not collect or receive any payment for fees that are paid to international customs/tax offices.

    FREE International shipping (WITH TRACKING) for orders totaling $50 USD or more after all discounts are applied.
