Shipping Information
The Sugar Patch ships patches to our friends around the world. All of our patches are made in, and shipped from, the state of Texas in the USA.
We make all of your patches in our small shop, and it is our desire to have them in your hands within a week of placing your order to locations within the USA. During times of high demand (mainly Holidays, Summer & Back to School), manufacturing times may be up to 5 days before they are shipped. Please, consider this when placing your order. Delivery times DO NOT include production time.
All USA Domestic orders totaling over $40 will receive FREE shipping via UPS 2ND DAY AIR with Tracking.
USA & US TERRITORIES:
US POSTAL SERVICE GROUND ADVANTAGE --- (Includes Tracking) is available for $4.45 USD. Please, allow up to 10 business days for delivery from date shipped. USPS may take longer to deliver your package during some times of the year. You may track your order at the USPS website that is provided with your email shipping confirmation.
UPS 2ND DAY AIR --- (Includes Tracking) is available for $9.95 USD. Packages should be delivered within 2 business days (not including weekends) from the day that it leaves our shop. You may track the shipping of your order at the UPS website that is provided with your email shipping confirmation.
FREE UPS 2ND DAY AIR shipping is available for all orders totaling over $40.00 USD that will be delivered within the US & US Territories
INTERNATIONAL (CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, AND THE UNITED KINGDOM) The Sugar Patch does not ship to the European Union
POSTAL SERVICE FIRST CLASS PACKAGE -- (Includes Tracking) is available for $12.95 for orders totaling up to $49.99 USD. Shipping is FREE for International Orders totaling over $50.00 USD. Depending on destination, please, allow up to 21 business days for delivery from date shipped. You may track your order at the USPS/or your country's postal website that is provided with your email shipping confirmation. International orders will be delivered by your local postal/mail service. All orders are shipped as duties, customs, and taxes UNPAID.
