Shipping Information
The Sugar Patch ships patches to our friends around the world. All of our patches are made in, and shipped from, the state of Texas in the USA.
We make all of your patches in our small shop, and it is our desire to have them in your hands within a week of placing your order to our friends within the USA. During times of high demand (mainly Holidays, Summer & Back to School), manufacturing times may be up to 5 days before they are shipped. Please, consider this when placing your order.
All USA Domestic orders totaling over $40 will receive FREE shipping via USPS First Class Package with Tracking.
USA & US TERRITORIES:
USPS FIRST CLASS PACKAGE --- (Includes Tracking) is available for $4.45 USD. Orders totaling over $40 will be shipped for FREE. Please, allow up to 10 business days for delivery from date shipped. USPS may take longer to deliver your package during some times of the year. You may track your order at the USPS website that is provided with your email shipping confirmation. Your order will be delivered in a 6" x 9" padded envelope with a shipping label from our shop in Texas. Large patch order will be delivered in a small white box.
USPS MAIL ---- (No Tracking / No Guaranteed Delivery on orders with No Tracking) is available for small orders up to $10 USD for $1.00 USD. Please, allow up to 10 days for delivery from date mailed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is mailed. Your order will be delivered in a 4" x 6" white envelope with THE SUGAR PATCH logo on it.
INTERNATIONAL (Outside of the USA or US Territories)
International First Class Package Service (Includes Tracking) is available to countries outside of the European Union. The shipping for orders totaling up to $49.99 USD is $12.95 USD. Shipping is FREE for International Orders totaling over $50.00 USD. Depending on destination, please, allow up to 21 business days for delivery from date shipped. You may track your order at the USPS postal website that is provided with your email shipping confirmation. Your order will be delivered in a 6" x 9" padded envelope. Large orders will be delivered in a small white box with shipping label. International orders will be delivered by your local postal/mail service. All orders are shipped as duties, customs, and taxes UNPAID.
International Postal Services Letter Rate ** (No Tracking / No Guaranteed Delivery on orders with No Tracking) is available for orders equal to $40.00 USD or less for $5.95 USD. Depending on destination, please, allow up to 30 business days for delivery from date mailed. You will receive an email confirmation when your patches are mailed. Your order will be delivered in a flat 6" x 9" envelope. International orders are delivered by your local postal/mail service. All orders are shipped as duties, customs, and taxes UNPAID.
