FSA / HSA INFORMATION

The Sugar Patch is not directly affiliated with any insurance provider; however, we do accept HSA or FSA dollars if your HSA or FSA card is affiliated with a major credit card provider.

If your HSA or FSA is not affilliated with a major credit card company, place your order using an alternate payment method.  On the CART PAGE, leave us a note that you need an HSA or FSA receipt. We will gladly email you a medical supply reimbursement receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company.  Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need help!  

Please note, if you need to cancel an order, or a refund is given on any part of an order, we are only able to refund cards that were originally used on that purchase.  Payments with an HSA or FSA card are forfeited if the card expires, and we do not issue a refund in the form of a check or any other method.
