Thank you for your order!  Your patches have been mailed via USPS First Class Mail without tracking, as per the method of shipping that was chosen at checkout.  They will be delivered by your USPS mail carrier in a blue greeting card sized envelope with a white label from The Sugar Patch™ in Texas. Once you have received this email, your patches will be in the hands of the US Postal Service and there will be no way for us to know where they are on their journey to you.

Within the USA and US Territories, you can expect your mail carrier to deliver your patches within 7 business days of receiving this notice.  

THE SUGAR PATCH™ CANNOT FILE A CLAIM FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED MAIL THAT IS SENT WITHOUT TRACKING; THEREFORE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY OF PATCHES THAT ARE ORDERED WITHOUT TRACKING.
